AMC contract with clear discrete terms
Drafts an appliance AMC/service contract with each term separate — equipment covered, visit schedule, labour/parts inclusions and exclusions, response time, price and renewal, and liability — so AMC customers know exactly what they get. Use it for AMC customers. For designing plans use the Appliance AMC Plans tool.
