AiSevak (operated by ABL Digital Technologies Private Limited) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Contact details — your email and phone number, to deliver your document and send a receipt.
- Tool inputs — the details you type into a tool, used only to generate your requested output.
- Payment — processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (cookies) to understand aggregate, anonymised site usage and improve the service. This is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
- Only to generate and deliver your document and to provide support.
- Your inputs are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic’s Claude) to produce the output.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Your inputs and generated outputs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Basic order records (for accounting and GST) are retained as required by law.
Your choices
To request deletion of your data or ask a privacy question, email support@aisevak.in with your order ID.
