Refund Policy
Each purchase pays for an AI-generated document produced on demand, the moment you place your order.
Once payment is made, no refund is offered. A change of mind is not entertained.
The one exception: a genuine defect
If the tool fails to generate your document, or delivers an output that is blank, corrupted, or clearly not the document you paid for, we will re-generate it for you or issue a full refund.
How to request a defect refund
- Email support@aisevak.in within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include your order ID and a short description of the defect.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
Because outputs are AI-generated aids for guidance only, dissatisfaction with the content, wording, or an authority’s decision is not a defect. See our Terms of Service.
