Atmanirbhar Bharat AI Tools
Self-reliance is not a slogan at the scale of a single business. It is being able to prepare your own project report, your own GST reply, your own licence file — without paying someone else for every routine document. That is what these 6,000+ tools are for.
What self-reliance actually costs a small business
A small manufacturer in Coimbatore needs a project report to raise a term loan. A shop in Patna gets a GST notice. A food unit in Nashik has to file for an FSSAI licence. None of these is a hard problem for a professional. All of them are expensive and slow for the person who has to get them done.
The cost is rarely the fee alone. It is the waiting — a week for a callback, a fortnight for a draft, another week for corrections. And it is the dependence: the next time the same form comes around, you are back at the same door. For a business running on thin margins, that dependence is the real constraint on growth, and it is exactly the thing self-reliance is supposed to remove.
The paperwork is not the obstacle. The gatekeeping around the paperwork is. Every one of these documents follows a known format, governed by a published rule, filed with a department that publishes its own requirements. The expertise is real, but it is repeatable — and anything repeatable can be built once and given to everyone.
The concept behind 6,000+ tools6,000+
The obvious way to build this is one clever tool that writes any document. We deliberately did not do that, because it does not work.
A general-purpose writing tool does not know that a PMEGP application is scored on employment generated, that an FSSAI Form B needs a specific category declaration, or that a GST notice under Section 73 must be answered differently from one under Section 74. It produces something that reads well and fails at the counter. The failure is not one of language. It is one of context.
So AiSevak is built the other way round: one tool per specific task, each written around the actual Indian form, format, rule or scheme it serves. That is why there are 5,883 of them across 59 industries rather than one of them, and why 137 more exist for government services across 25 departments. The number is large because Indian business paperwork is not one problem — it is several thousand specific ones, and each deserves its own answer.
Grounded in the actual rule
Each tool is written against the current Indian regulation, form or scheme guideline it serves — not a generic template with Indian words substituted in.
Finished, editable output
You fill a short form and receive a complete document as editable Word and PDF. You revise it, your professional reviews it, you file it. Nothing is locked.
Bilingual by default
English and हिंदी throughout, with a free downloadable guide for every tool — because self-reliance that only works in English is not self-reliance.
How each tool is constructed
Every tool starts from a real document that a real institution accepts: a bank's project-report checklist, a department's prescribed form, a scheme's appraisal criteria. From that we work backwards — what does the recipient actually look for, in what order, and what causes a file to be returned? That becomes the structure. The questions we ask you are then the shortest set that produces a complete document, which is why the forms are brief and the outputs are not.
The financial sections work the same way. Where a plan needs a three-year model, the model is built with its drivers visible — capacity, utilisation, realisation, input cost — so the numbers can be challenged and replaced rather than merely admired. A projection you cannot interrogate is of no use to a credit officer, and of even less use to you.
604 ready-made business plans604
Alongside the tools, AiSevak publishes a library of 604 complete business plans covering 59 industries — from food processing and textiles to logistics, healthcare, furniture, staffing and renewable energy.
Each is a full 17-page document, written to the Indian context in rupees, with a three-year financial model, itemised project cost, means of finance, DSCR, break-even and sensitivity analysis, a manpower plan, a risk table and the licences the business actually needs. They are written to be used — as a filing-ready starting point you replace with your own figures, or as a reference for what a complete plan contains before you write your own.
The financials in every plan are clearly labelled illustrative model assumptions, with the drivers shown. They are not forecasts, not guarantees, and not a substitute for professional advice. That labelling is deliberate and it is on every page — a plan that pretends its assumptions are facts is worse than no plan, because it will be believed until the moment it is tested.
The Atmanirbhar Bharat business plan format
There is no single official format. Banks, District Industries Centres and scheme agencies broadly expect the same fifteen elements — set out here in full, in English and हिंदी, free to use. Copy it, adapt it, or use it as a checklist against a plan you already have.
Section 3 is the one that distinguishes an Atmanirbhar Bharat plan from an ordinary project report. State import substitution with figures, not sentiment — what is bought from abroad today, what you will make here instead, and what share of your own inputs are domestically sourced. An appraiser reads that section first and it is usually the weakest one in the file.
Promoter & Business Identity
Who you are, your experience in this line of work, the constitution (proprietorship, partnership, LLP, Pvt Ltd), registered address, Udyam number, PAN and GST status.
The Product or Service
Exactly what you will make or sell, in plain terms. Specifications, grades, sizes. What a customer receives for their money.
Import Substitution — the Atmanirbhar case
What is currently imported that this business makes in India instead, and what share of your inputs are domestically sourced. This is the section that distinguishes an Atmanirbhar Bharat plan from an ordinary one — state it with figures, not sentiment.
Market & Demand Evidence
Who buys, how many of them there are within your reach, what they pay today and why they would move to you. Named customers or letters of intent carry far more weight than industry statistics.
Competition & Your Position
Who already serves this demand, at what price, and the specific reason a customer switches. "Better quality" is not a reason; a shorter lead time or a tested specification is.
Location, Land & Building
Address, owned or leased, area in square feet, rent or cost, and why this location — proximity to raw material, market, labour or transport.
Plant, Machinery & Technology
Itemised machine list with supplier quotations, capacity of each, and — for an Atmanirbhar plan — which machines are Indian-made. Attach the quotations; agencies check them.
Raw Material & Suppliers
What you buy, from whom, at what rate, on what credit terms — and the domestic share. Name at least two suppliers per critical input so a single failure is not fatal.
Manufacturing Process & Capacity
Step by step from input to finished goods, with installed capacity, realistic utilisation in each of the first three years, and where quality is checked.
Manpower & Employment Created
Headcount by function, skilled and unskilled split, wages, and total employment generated. Employment is a scored criterion in most Atmanirbhar-linked schemes — state the number plainly.
Project Cost
Land, building, plant and machinery, furniture, pre-operative expenses, contingency and working-capital margin — itemised, and adding up exactly to the total you are asking for.
Means of Finance
Promoter contribution, subsidy or margin-money grant claimed under the scheme, term loan and working-capital limit. Must equal project cost to the rupee.
Financial Projections — three years
Revenue build by product, cost of goods, operating expenses, EBITDA, depreciation, interest, profit, and the assumptions behind every line. Show the drivers, not just the totals.
Viability — DSCR, break-even & sensitivity
Debt-service coverage ratio year by year, break-even capacity utilisation, and what happens if sales fall 20% or input costs rise 15%. A plan that shows its downside is trusted more than one that does not.
Approvals, Licences & Annexures
Udyam registration, GST, trade licence, pollution-board consent, FSSAI or drug licence where applicable — plus quotations, ownership papers and the promoter's KYC.
Two things that get files returned. First, arithmetic: project cost and means of finance must agree to the rupee, and the three-year projections must tie to both. An appraiser checks the addition before reading the prose. Second, unsupported demand: "there is a large market" carries no weight, while two named customers, a rate quotation and a letter of intent carry a great deal. Attach the quotations — agencies verify them.
The difference this makes
The honest case for AiSevak is narrow and we would rather state it narrowly than overclaim.
It does not create demand, arrange finance, or make a weak business viable. What it does is remove a specific, recurring cost that falls hardest on the smallest businesses: the cost of not being able to produce a professional document yourself. A project report that took three weeks and a consultant's fee takes an afternoon and ₹99. A GST reply that would have waited for a callback gets drafted the same day. A licence file gets assembled without a trip to anyone's office.
Multiplied across 5,883 tools, 137 government services and 604 plans, that is a meaningful shift in who can participate — in a tender, in a scheme, in a bank's lending queue. Not because the paperwork was hard, but because it was gated, and now it is not. That is the version of self-reliance we can actually deliver, and it is the only one we claim.
An honest note on what AiSevak is not. AiSevak is a private product of ABL Digital Technologies Private Limited. It has no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by the Government of India or any department, and it is not part of any official Atmanirbhar Bharat scheme. We use the phrase to describe an idea we build towards — made in India, for Indian rules — not a status we hold. AiSevak is not a law firm or a professional advisory; its outputs are preparation aids for review by a qualified professional, and you file with the official department yourself.

What are Atmanirbhar Bharat AI tools?
They are AI tools built in India, for Indian rules and Indian paperwork. AiSevak runs 5,883 self-service business tools across 59 industries and 137 government-service helpers across 25 departments — each one written around a specific Indian form, format or regulation rather than a generic template. The self-reliance is practical: a small business prepares its own professional paperwork instead of paying for every routine document.
Is AiSevak part of the Government of India's Atmanirbhar Bharat programme?
No. AiSevak is a private product of ABL Digital Technologies Private Limited. It has no government affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, and it is not authorised to act for any department. We describe our work as aligned with the idea of self-reliance — building in India, for India — not as part of any official scheme. You file with the official department yourself.
Is there a standard Atmanirbhar Bharat business plan format?
There is no single official format. Banks, District Industries Centres and scheme agencies broadly expect the same fifteen elements, and this page sets them out in full in English and हिंदी, free to use. The section that distinguishes an Atmanirbhar plan from an ordinary one is import substitution — what you will make in India that is currently bought from abroad, and what share of your inputs are sourced domestically.
Can I get a ready-made business plan for my industry?
Yes. AiSevak publishes a library of 604 ready-made business plans across 59 industries — each a complete 17-page document with a three-year financial model, project cost, means of finance, DSCR, break-even and sensitivity analysis, written to the Indian context in rupees. You can use one as it stands or as the starting point for your own.
Are the tools available in Hindi?
Yes. AiSevak is bilingual — the interface and a free downloadable guide for every tool are available in English and हिंदी. The business plan format on this page is published in both languages in full.
What does it cost?
A flat ₹99 per output, inclusive of GST. No subscription, no retainer, no hourly billing. Every output downloads as an editable Word file and a PDF, so you can revise it before you file or sign anything.
Are the financial projections in a ready-made plan real figures?
No — and the plans say so on every page. They are clearly-labelled illustrative model assumptions with the drivers shown, so you can replace them with your own numbers. They are preparation aids to be reviewed by a qualified professional, not a substitute for one, and not a guarantee of any outcome.
